Collette Rohan, PhD
Collette Rohan is Senior Director, Quality for NorthStar Healthcare.
Since joining the company in 2010, Collette is focused on the contract manufacturing and sourcing of private label generic drugs with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, product labelling and post marketing surveillance.
Since joining NorthStar eight years ago, Collette’s team has broadened the scope of their activities from FDA ANDA submissions to adverse drug event and field alert reporting, as well as adherence to other regulatory body requirements including Custom and Border Protection, Drug Enforcement Agency and McKesson Trade Agreement Act compliance
Collette has over 25 years of experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing. Before joining NorthStar, Collette was Head of Regulatory Affairs for Corden Pharma, an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturer based in Little Island, Cork.
During her tenure with Corden, Collette developed the synthetic routes for many of the generic drugs launched by the firm, bringing these to full scale manufacturing. She was also responsible for all technical submissions in the US and EU, including Drug Master Files and Certificate of Suitability filings to support applications for regulatory authorisations.
Collette holds a BSc from University College Cork and a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Queens University Belfast. She currently resides in Cork with her husband and four children. Collette enjoys running, Pilates and swimming as part of an active lifestyle.

Jimmy Morrissey
Jimmy Morrissey is Director of Private Label Planning for NorthStar Healthcare.
Jimmy focuses on contract manufacturing and sourcing of private label generic pharmaceuticals, with emphasis on supply chain, operational excellence and both internal and external customer service. He also developed the supply chain team, processes and systems to provide generic pharmaceuticals to the US, Canadian and British markets.
Prior to joining NorthStar in 2010, Jimmy spent two decades in various roles throughout the pharmaceutical industry in both generic and branded organisations. He held leadership and managerial roles in manufacturing, technical support and projects.
Jimmy holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a Black Belt in Lean from University College Cork, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Limerick.
He is the very proud father of three daughters.
